CEgrade RNA Ladder (Low Range) is used as a quantification standard with the Agilent 2100 or Bio-Rad's Experion System or other 
capillary electrophoresis (CE) systems, it has a set of seven transcripts with lengths of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 kb.

The ladder is shipped as a lyophilized pellet at room temperature, it is very stable at room temperature for at least one year. Its formulation 
after reconstituting in RNAse-free water is optimized for electrokinetic injection in CE.
