CEgrade RNA Ladder (High Range) for

CEgrade RNA Ladder (High Range) is used as a quantification standard on Agilent 2100 or other capillary
electrophoresis (CE) systems, it has a set of eight transcripts with lengths of 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 6.0 kb.

The ladder is shipped as a lyophilized pellet at room temperature, it is very stable at room temperature for at least one
year. Its formulation after reconstituting in RNAse-free water is optimized for electrokinetic injection in CE.
