Features and Advantages of the HyYield Universal Tissue RNA Isolation Kit:
- Provides the highest yield of total RNA compared to other kits on the market for RNA isolation,
the kit first uses Trizol based extraction
to obtain RNA aqueous phase, the RNA is then cleaned up further by using spin column.
- During the extraction, the kit utilizes Phase Separation Tube (PST) based
method for maximum recovery & higher yield, so you don't need
to worry about avoiding interface material during phase
transfer. PST is designed to eliminate interface-protein contamination during
phenol extraction, NO WORRY ABOUT AVOIDING INTERFACE MATERIAL during phase
transfer. Phase separation tube contains a gel plug,
upon centrifugation, it migrates to form a tight
barrier between the aqueous phase and organic phase. The organic phase and the interface
material are effectively trapped in or below the
barrier and are at the bottom of the tube. This allows the complete, easy transfer of
the entire
upper aqueous phase by simply pouring, which results in an increased yields of
RNA. In addition, the risk of contaminating the
sample with interface material is eliminated. It generally can yield
20% to 40% more RNA than other kits on the market.
- This two-step procedure ensures that the highest quality of RNA is isolated from any type of tissues or cells for downstream gene expression
profiling or RT-PCR, the kit contains all of the key reagents needed to prepare high quality RNA from 4 tissue samples (<50mg) or cells (<5 million).
- Proprietary phase separation buffer in phase separation tube facilitates the phase separation, ensuring maximum recoveries of aqueous
phase
during phenol extraction (we also sell separately PST tube with
phase separation buffer (BT100-009A) for customers who prefer RNA
precipitation after Trizol extraction
and binding buffer in conjunction with other
vendors' spin column).
- The kit can be used for any type of tissues and cells. Streamlined procedures
allow fastest isolation with only 12 minutes hands on time.

The minimum elution volume is
20ul, which is an ideal situation for RNA preparation for LCM samples.

regenerate spin column
used in our RNA kit, this regenerated spin column can be used for cRNA
